By installing Zoocx, you agree to these terms. Our app operates within Shopify's partner ecosystem and is subject to Shopify's App Store Terms.

Service Description

Zoocx provides an AI-powered checkout assistant, cart abandonment recovery, and analytics dashboard for Shopify stores. Features vary by subscription plan.

Subscription & Billing

Billing is managed through Shopify's standard billing system. Plans auto-renew monthly. You may cancel or change plans at any time through your Shopify admin. A free plan is available with 100 AI sessions per month. The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial.

Usage Limits

Each plan includes a monthly session allowance. When limits are reached, AI response quality gracefully degrades rather than failing. Sessions reset at the start of each billing cycle.

AI Disclaimer

While Zoocx uses advanced AI models, responses are generated algorithmically and may not always be perfect. Policy guardrails prevent unauthorized discount offers and delivery guarantees, but merchants are responsible for reviewing AI behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Zoocx is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost revenue, missed sales, or inaccurate AI responses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
