Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when installing our app, including your Shopify store URL, email address, and store configuration. We also collect anonymized event data from your storefront to power analytics.
How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve our AI checkout assistant, to process cart recovery emails (only with customer consent), to generate analytics and attribution reports, and to communicate service updates.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data is only shared with service providers necessary to operate the app (e.g., email delivery via your configured provider).
Data Retention
Session data and event logs are retained for 365 days. Upon app uninstall, all data is deleted within 48 hours per Shopify's data protection requirements.
Customer Data
Customer chat messages are processed in real-time and not stored beyond the active session. Recovery emails are only sent with explicit customer consent (email_captured flag).
Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use HMAC-SHA256 webhook verification, JWT session authentication, and follow OWASP security best practices.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting zoocx@vercorex.com. GDPR data subject requests are processed within 30 days.
