Zoocx is an AI shopping assistant for Shopify, built by VerCoreX LLC. Our goal is simple: help Shopify merchants turn every shopper conversation into revenue, with the attribution to prove it.
What is Zoocx?
Zoocx is an AI-powered shopping assistant that runs natively on your Shopify storefront. It adds a chat widget via Shopify's Theme App Extension system — no code changes, no theme edits, no developer needed.
When a shopper opens the chat, they can ask any product question in plain language. Zoocx searches your catalog in real time, surfaces the best matches with product cards, and lets the shopper add items to their cart and proceed to checkout without ever leaving the conversation.
Every AI-assisted session is tracked through a conversion funnel. On the Pro plan, every purchase that followed an AI conversation is verified against your Shopify orders and attributed with order-level revenue data and lift analysis.

Why we built Zoocx
Shopify stores lose 70–80% of visitors before they buy. The existing tools for bridging that gap fall into two camps: customer support chatbots that answer FAQs but can't sell, and analytics dashboards that show the problem but don't fix it.
We built Zoocx because we believed the missing piece was a shopping assistant that understands what a customer is trying to buy, surfaces the right product, and then gets out of the way and lets them purchase — without ever leaving the conversation. Not a lead form. Not a ticket system. A selling tool.
We also wanted every merchant to be able to answer the question “is this actually working?” with a dollar number, not a session count. That's why revenue attribution with order verification is a core feature, not an add-on.

Most Shopify chat apps are built around ticket deflection. Zoocx is built to sell — every feature is measured by its impact on revenue.
Attribution over vanity metrics
Session counts don't pay rent. Zoocx tracks AI-assisted revenue at the order level so merchants know exactly what the assistant is worth.
